Prompt payment is highly appreciated. Moyou accepts all electronic payments through PayPal and also payments with major credit cards (for customers in Australia and overseas). If you wish to pay with a credit card, please select the PayPal option. You do not need a PayPal account to pay with a credit card from their site. Direct deposit can also be accepted from Australian customers. For further assistance please don't hesitate to contact me.
Postage |
Unless advised otherwise, I send all items via Australia Post and international orders are sent by Air Mail. Please note that insurance is not included for regular air mail postage. If you would like to receive a quote for insurance on your postage please contact me.
Refunds and Exchanges |
I love the items that I sell and I hope that you do too. I also love happy customers, so if you aren't completely happy with an item please contact me as soon as possible so that we can try to fix the situation. I will accept returns, but only if the item is damaged/faulty upon receipt. Each and every case is different (and every effort is taken to ensure safe delivery) but please contact me if you have any comments, queries or complaints.
